Our goal is to promote, recognize and reward every student's academic success!


This program is currently open only to students from Silver Creek High School, San Jose, California.

Sign up today to qualify to receive one of the following awards:
  • iPod/iPod Nano/iPod Touch/iPhone/iPad 2/Gift Certificates from Popular Vendors
The Gift Certificates are from Vendors like: Abecrombie, Hollister, Target, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Sports Authority, etc.

Three easy steps to participate in this program:
  1. Register with Evergreen United Education Foundation Academic Recognition Program by applying below:

    *Your Name:

    * Your Email Address:

  2. Email scanned copies of your progress report cards from the following dates: October 6, 2011; November 17, 2011; January 12, 2011; February 28, 2011; April 12, 2011, to ejohal@apr.com. Make sure you underline the subject you improved in. Each Report Card should be emailed within 3 days of you receiving it. Advisors will distribute awards based on the student's degree of improvement.
  3. You will get an email back from us with which of the awards you have won, and when and where to receive it.
